Responsibilities

• Perform dental procedures such as composite restorations, extractions (simple and limited surgical), fixed prosthodontics, removable prosthodontics, and limited endodontics
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
• Conduct routine hygiene examinations
• Develop treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
• Collaborate with other dental practitioners and dental hygienists to provide comprehensive care
• Utilize medical technology to diagnose dental concerns
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical record systems (Dentrix)
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in dental technology and techniques

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education
• Current, NC valid license (in good standing) to practice dentistry, or eligible for
